Send Smarter, Together: Seamless P2P deliveries. Making sending and delivery as easy as sending a text.
Imagine you’re heading home from work and your buddy needs something picked up along your way. If you could charge a little something for your trouble, that’s basically what Parceloca is all about. Easy peasy, right? It’s just like posting status on WhatsApp. All you do is select start a run on the app and indicate:
- Where you’re starting from (your pick up point).
- Where you’re headed (destination e.g. Name of workplace, name of home estate etc ).
- The day and time you’re setting off.
- How much you’re charging for the delivery (You determine the price to charge for every delivery).
- Then post your notification so that potential clients may request for errands from wherever you are (To the public-anyone on the app or to your followers on Parceloca).
And the good thing is you don’t need a specific means of transport. When posting your notification, you just indicate which mode of transport you are using so that potential clients know in case they need urgent stuff. You also determine the price for every delivery.

When you’re ready to post a run notification, here’s how to do it:
You may choose to post to your followers and alert them of your availability, or you may post to public where anyone in the application may see your notification and choose to hitch on your run.
So, when someone throws in a delivery request, we’ll shoot you a notification. From there, you’ve got options – accept it or pass, by clicking on those two little arrows up in the top right corner of your screen, that allow you to track your orders. Once you’ve accepted a request for delivery, that’s when you get the full scoop on what needs delivering.
When you click the progress button, the one with arrows, you’ll find all your active delivery runs, whether you started them or joined in (made a request for delivery). Plus, keep an eye out for notifications about new followers and runs – they’ll pop up in the notification icon.
Now, if you want to make a request or hop onto a run, it’s a breeze. Just hit up your buddy’s notification on the home page, hit that “make request” button, fill in what you need, and sit tight ’til your friend gives the green light. Easy peasy, right?
With Parceloca, you can snag up to 7 orders for a single run post. That means you’re raking in seven times the cash for pooled orders – cha-ching!
And here’s the deal with transactions: everything’s locked down tight with encryption, and you’re the boss when it comes to handling stuff with your clients. Parceloca only takes a 12% commission on completed deliveries, plus a tiny three-shilling fee when you’re posting to the public.
Now, if you’re looking to boost your crew, why not invite your contacts to jump on board? Get them to download the app and give you a follow so they can track your route whenever you’re on the move. It’s all about building that network!
Piece of cake, right? Let’s get those errands rolling!
