Delivery fee
The user determines the amount to charge for their delivery service. Prices are quoted as price per item of delivery per trip.
Free Posting to Followers
Users can post their run notifications to their followers free of charge. However, posting to public attracts an upfront fee of ksh.17 per post. Posting to public widens your reach and increases your chances of netting orders.
Service fee
Parceloca App charges a service fee of 20% (inclusive of tax) for all completed orders. Commissions are paid as soon as the commision-ceiling is reached or earlier; to allow the user to make more runs without interruption.
